At Wellness Yoga, we design our classes with you in mind. Apart from our intro workshop and our core flow yoga, Pilates, and meditation courses, we change up our class list quarterly to add new dimensions to your yoga journey. We develop new sessions based on your input—so feel free to tell us what you want to learn! 

Generally, each class is categorized as Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. That doesn’t mean you can’t experiment, though. We invite beginners to challenge themselves and encourage advanced practitioners to go back to the basics now and again. Your instructor will tailor your experience to your ability. 

Choose to sign up on a class-by-class basis or opt for our 10- or 20-class package deals. Dedicated yogis will love the unlimited advantages of our annual memberships.

Yoga Classes

Build a solid foundation of yoga fundamentals with our introductory workshop. Challenge yourself with advanced, invigorating choreography in our Vinyasa flow classes. Our yoga program consists of a collection of active and dynamic classes, emphasizing breath awareness and alignment, and building flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. 







Pilates Classes

Target better posture, strength, and flexibility in our Pilates classes. Our facility is equipped with all the reformers, jump boards, and mats you need to conquer movement patterns and have fun while you do it. 


Mindfulness Classes

Dive deeper and seek truth in the present moment. Our mindfulness and meditation classes will teach you to train your mind to both let go of thoughts and zero in on them with deep introspection and observation. Learn essential techniques and strategies to make mindfulness an everyday state.
